Thoughts and Prayers
Today my thoughts and prayers are with the citizens of Taunton, Massachusetts. Currently the whole downtown area is closed down, schools are closed and 2,000 residents have been evacuated from their homes. This in response to a dam that has the potential of failure. I've got the news on and the engineer who works for the private owner of the dam has said some pressure has been relieved because of an increase in the flow of water. Please keep the town of Taunton in your thoughts and prayers today that everyone, from citizens to National Guardsmen to city officials will be safe.

I'm with you on the prayers. Everytime i see Taunton on the news I get chills. Lots of people i used to work with in my old building are from that area.

I'm hoping what they've done so far will be sufficient to ward off the rain we're supposed to get this weekend!!
